@BowTiedSalesGuy I think it’s the younger generations inability to understand this. They’re used to functioning like apps where commands are yes or no. I see massive opportunities in sales if you can develop that skill

@CXCarroll I get confused at times with the assessor value. If everyone’s assessed value goes up, does that mean everyone’s taxes go up? I think it depends on the local municipality on how they move the tax rate. They do need to need inflated obligations. It’s always been a black box to me

@3NDeveloper I notice many experienced investors sold out as they knew the ROI on the appreciation was once in a lifetime moment. Didn’t have to think twice. And most of the properties were sold to rookie players
