@virginmedia That’s great but when you pay for a service that is heavily relied upon and it’s not working, and hasn’t been since Friday evening, it shouldn’t take 3 days for someone to come out and check it.

@virginmedia almost 24 hrs with intermittent Wi-Fi signal is a joke and this isn’t the first time we have had issues. The money that everyone pays each month, this simply isn’t good enough. By far the worst broadband we have used, we definitely won’t be renewing. 😡😡
