Ryan Cohen still has until Tuesday to file any $GME shares he picked up Friday. Tuesday also happens to be the anniversary of the Volkswagen short squeeze...
There’s a chance GameStop warrant gets postponed or the strike gets lowered so they’re in the money. Nothing’s locked in.
What’s your read on the next few days?
GameStop’s balance sheet heading into 2026, the 2024 spike from $10 to $80, and the endless list of institutional buys that have had almost no impact on the share price all reinforce my view that the systemic naked-short thesis is real.
The 2024 run to $80 was just pressure relief. I believe GameStop will fundamentally revalue and we’ll see an increasingly spicy options chain that tempts people into selling calls... Right before the stock abruptly revalues into the hundreds of dollars.
At that point every covered call will be assigned and holders will be priced out of rebuying the position.
How can MOASS look any other way?

December 8 can’t come soon enough... That’s GameStop’s estimated next earnings day and I’m curious to see exactly how much profit they generated from it last quarter. $GME

Would the GameStop warrants go in-the-money if Roaring Kitty filed a Schedule 13G similar to the $CHWY filing a couple of years ago?
This would be based on ownership through long-term LEAP call options at the $35 and $40 strikes (rather than just $GME shares). I’ve noticed some activity and elevated open interest on those strikes for the January 2028 and January 2029 expirations.
Citadel continues to hold significant short exposure in certain equities.
For context, the “securities sold under agreements to repurchase, at fair value” figure surged immediately following the GameStop short squeeze in 2021.
The company remains burdened by a very large $GME short position that is reportedly concealed within swaps.
I’m wondering how low these GameStop warrants will ultimately go... At one penny each buying the entire float would cost around $590,000.
Too many people are acting like they’ve already expired worthless when there’s still time left on the clock.
It’ll be interesting to see what Ryan Cohen does with his 3 million $GME warrants.
Teddy Holdings just let its newest marketplace trademark go abandoned on October 15 after not responding to an office action. They already have two live registrations covering the same thing from 2021 and 2022.
Nine days earlier GameStop locked in its POWER PACKS trademark for trading-card marketplaces and digital pack openings. $GME
Timing’s interesting given the Ryan Cohen overlap, but nothing public links the two. Most likely just dropping a redundant filing. Worth watching for any USPTO moves either way.
