@FaberIndia I raised a complaint since a month regarding the motor change for chimney but yet there is no response when it can be. 2-3 tickets are raised since then and each time the support centre just sends a reminder & from the local staff they just say motor is not available

If I have known that the service quality is so pathetic I would have never opted for this brand.. Atleast give us some deadline or if you are giving us the warranty period for motor change atleast be professional enough to service it within limited time period.

@DreamFolks_Srv I just had a hell of an experience. At Hyderabad airport lounge, dream folks machine are not working thus none cards are getting accepted for lounge access. The customers are standing in queue for more than an hour but the airport staffs doesn’t have any solution.
