Today in SC when NEET matter comes up it will be K T S Tulsi who will argue the case for students. He is a superb advocate. When I was Law Minister in 1990-91 I had made in Addl Solicitor General. So I know. Thus there is hope. But in life nothing is certain unless it happens
Now that it has been decided that colleges and institutes will re-open only in January 2021, there is no reason not delay the NEET exams to after Deepavali when the weather will be better and Coronavirus threat lower.
JEE/ NEET exams in the middle of a galloping COVID-19 infections, paralysing lockdown effects, a collapsing economy, a monsoon in bloom, Chinese Dragon gobbling our territory, & chors and murderers in Bollywood, is like Jallianwala Bagh where innocent were gunned down.
Recently in Sushant Singh, migrant labourer, UGC etc., SC initially Dismissed Few Petitions but later on Admitted similar fresh Petitions.
Along with a Respected Senior Advocate, I am again trying for #NEET Postponement.
Both of us are working pro bono.
Others must also try🙏🏻
To all students taking JEE exam and later NEET: Dont dwell on the regretable past. It was not due to you. Think about doing your best now. Events are decided by God. He/She treats the brave like a tennis ball: the harder He/She throws you down the higher you will rise on rebound.
To the students who have to take the JEE/NEET examinations, my best wishes. What circumstances you have to take the exams is terrible. Let God be with you.
@Swamy39 sir I request you to come fwd and help students in filing Petition
Pls suggest some lawyers you have a big team of lawyers they can help students and guide
Longest surgery in the World is 96 hours in Chicago hospital.
As you’re future doctors, it’s not right to complain on how to sit in NEET exam halls by wearing gloves & face masks for six hours.
Our main concern should be COVID & floods. We have to stand to postpone at any cost.
An appeal to #JEE students (spread it to every JEE aspirant)
Never compromise ur safety at examination centres inside or outside
If u found any violation of SOPs raise ur voice aggresively at the same place and do not afraid of any1 there

Be kind.. ♥️ it doesn’t cost us anything..
This might sound random coming from me but like they say..
In the world where you can be anything, be kind! 😉
“A 17-year-old JEE aspirant has submitted a letter today to the Chief Justice of India (CJI), Sharad Arvind Bobde, praying to postpone the JEE and NEET exams in view of the COVID 19 pandemic and flood crisis in parts of the country” https://t.co/ZbTqAk5doG
“The letter has been sent to CJI through Advocate Alakh Alok Srivastava.
The reason given in the letter for extending the exams by a month or two is due to the pandemic and also due to the monsoon flood that has affected many states in the country” https://t.co/wpluPMO5iO
I have phoned the PM residence this morning to try one last time for postponing NEET/JEE exams beyond Deepavali. The office secretary said that he will call back. If that happens I will inform the students.
Do anything but wait till today. 🙏🏻
If you have exam on Tuesday then leave this hope and starts focusing in your travel, safety and study.
NEET & other day students can continue. You have limited time now.
If any good news coming, we will share you all.
