@Computershare I tried to call twice today on behalf of my father (93) to follow up on his shares that were recently transferred back from unclaimed properties after being wrongfully escheated last year. Were put on hold both times for approx 1/2 hr and the call dc’d!!

@emirates @EmiratesSupport I was able to check in for my flight to SFO on Friday but see articles regarding suspension of flights. Travel agent is unable to help because flights are not canceled. Please advise .

Shout out to @EmiratesSupport for their attention and resolution- they were super responsive and easy to work with. @SkyLuxTravel - very disappointed in the response from the agent working on my booking, who flatly refused to call Emirates to resolve the issue

@SkyLuxTravel and @EmiratesSupport could you please figure this out!! Emirates has suspended flights to SFO but it shows as confirmed so Skylux refuses to help - this is totally unacceptable and frustrating. Not happy with the customer service from either company at the moment!

Friend was able to reach India just in time to see her Mom. Her Mom was in critical condition and passed away within a few hours of my friends arrival in India. Very grateful to all involved in enabling her visa @sonbal @PremBhandariNYC @CGISFO @nagentv @IndianEmbassyUS
