What I’m learning is boundaries in relationships are so healthy & important. Understanding your triggers & discomforts, being able to know yourself outside of current circumstances & just understanding it’s okay to be different, even from the ones you’re closest to, is key.

Sometimes you safeguard other’s feelings and forget to address your own and the HOW TO communicate is the hard part. You don’t want to offend, some people aren’t well-receptive to confrontation/feedback, some people have mental health issues so you’re expected to deny your own🤦🏾‍♀️

The school remains in lockdown as a result of a shooting outside of the school over the lunch hour. One student has been injured and their parent has been notified. Lockdown will be lifted shortly & students will be relocated to nearby Weston Memorial JPS & CR Marchant MS.
