@LGIndia We are having terrible experience with LG customer care service. We also wrote to the CEO regarding the issue but we didn't get any response. Each time they send a new technician to repair our refrigerator and each time they come up with new issues and new payments.

Just wanted to know since when you stopped giving ketchups at all with the burger. I paid ₹778 for the burgers and I have to pay ₹1 for each ketchups I want. So for 7 Burgers I had to pay ₹7 separate for the ketchups in Patna. Are you guys for real?
