I haven't been able to change my name or address even with all relevant documents since 6 months and nobody has an answer to it

Pls tell me what are all the documents required for aadhar update after a girl gets divorced. Coz I have the documents but the only thing that the customer care or your website states is that it's some technical issues

I have requested for name and address change twice; once on 15-Nov-2022 and second on 05-Jan-2023. Either there are technical issues in the website or it raises a complaint and no one follows up. It has become a nightmare. Pls help.
