@HardeepSPuri Sir , you are doing great job! But people had very bad experience with errors from air india wensite while booking. Some people paid upto 9lack and still didnt get ticket because of bugs in AI website .... people are fed up with Air India ....

@airindiain What about air india app? Can app also be used for booking ? Last time some people were waiting on webpage to load and others quickly booked from app as it was faster. Its better to keep one source for booking to make it fair deal. Either app or webpage.
