8yr old Aphelele Dlamini and his twin sister fell into a lift shaft from the 4th floor to the basement due to faulty lift doors were not locked. Sadly Aphelele succumbed to his injuries and passed away. His sister survived and she said to be in ICU fighting for her life [1]..
