@YotelHQ In addition to the broken window, the elevators were broken with guests stuck in one elevator while a line backed up for a single working elevator. It seems the hotel is unsafe and not cared for. Please advise of your policies and solutions.

@YotelHQ What is your protocol for a window that is broken and stuck open? We have contacted the desk for over an hour and they did not have a solution. It’s 37 degrees in NYC and we are forced to sleep with a window that’s wide open. Is this the customer service that’s standard?
