@AkasaAir The team is asking us to sign a document which has everything that we have not done or our mistake. We have been patiently waiting at counter and rather than giving us information abbout the lost bag you are trying to make us sign a wrong document
@AkasaAir my partners bag can’t be found from her Gox to Pnq flight and we have no information on next step. We are still waiting at the counter. We have the baggage tag but they can’t trace it. Also the counter has no answer to what is the next step.

- emailed pictures for products which havent been updated yet
- overall it’s been 3 days since payment and the place is not live yet.
Vietnam is busy, with hectic traffic, but the people here are calm. They smile when they see you. Also, they keep their cabs super clean. No cab is dirty here. Even though we call it cheap to travel here compared to India, there is still a difference.
