The applicant must have 501(c)3 status documentation or meet other eligibility (i.e. a school district). If your coalition does not have IRS non-profit status, you need a fiduciary agent to apply on your behalf.

If you can't demonstrate a need (i.e. high 30-day use and low perception of harm) from the YRBS you will likely not be at the top of the funding list.
