Checked baggage for AI175, flew on Feb 15 BLR-SFO gone missing with PIR reference generated after a whole day and still no tracking information, ETA for delivery. Even interim compensation for the delay is delayed!

@airindiain @airindiain the least you could do is process the interim compensation, while you look! It doesn’t help that you make the customer wait while you look, having to suffer for a service error.

@madhurarrao We had this thing called ‘posto baanta’ which is a tad too authentic for a Bengali household, but it’s as simple as it gets! You just salt and roast the poppy seeds and make a fine paste. Add mustard oil, fried onions and green chilies, served with 🍚
