Late Oliver Tree’s close friend KSI went live on TikTok to speak about what he believes could have been a factor surrounding Oliver’s death. He stated that a day before Oliver passed away, Oliver sent him an anxious message saying that Atlantic Records was allegedly after him and that he didn’t feel safe.

He claimed during the live stream:

“Oliver was one of my closest friends I’ve ever had in the industry. He was so genuine, kind-hearted, and always joked around with the boys. It feels heartbreaking knowing he’s gone like that because his death feels so strange to me. On Saturday, I received a text from him saying he was scared for his life and that he felt his life was at risk. He said that ever since he publicly called out Atlantic Records, he had been receiving death threats. I’ve never seen him text me like that before, and now it’s all starting to make sense. I just feel like his death is strange, and a proper investigation should be carried out because I’m really struggling to cope with this loss.”
