@AmazonHelp I have explained hundred of times the issue. Every different agent comes in and I have to explain the issue from the beginning and they said it would be resolved. But, then again, I speak to another one for an update, he has no idea.

@flyspicejet The flight is yet to take off. Over 5 hours delay, one passenger said he booked the flight today morning and it showed 6.45. Many claimed they reached airport at 3 pm and @flyspicejet did not offer any compensation and no water bottle or refreshments were given.

Chaos at Delhi airport in the night after @flyspicejet 'forgets' to inform several passengers over 4 hours delay. The flight was supposed to takeoff at 6.45 pm. And it was delayed to 11.25 pm.

Angry passengers lash out at the airline for not alerting them about the delay. They claim @flyspicejet did not inform them via message, email, call. They (some of them had kids) were surprised to know at the airport.
