So after TATA Motors car asked to privately tweet - they did nothing other than keep transferring to their digital team and ask for same details over and over again till I felt truly harassed ! They don’t seem to record calls else they would have realised how the customer care exec actually twists what you are saying and threatens to note all is fine if you are tired of answering same qs umpteen times. Which customer center doesn’t record calls for quality checks? Nice way to discourage people to raise issues. KHT Motors refused to acknowledge the damage they had done and I had to pay for the damages. Regarding promised RC card - they asked me to follow up with post office and RTO. So no action after all those tall promises ! @RNTata2000 - sad to see your values and principles not reflected in action. We are far from world class service & quality.

Sheer patriotism motivated us to add a "Make in India" car to our Mercedes & Toyota cars in April 2023. Obvious choice was Tata Motors, the symbol of Quality, Trust & Integrity. Experience with Tata Nexon (P) XZA – Luxus Dark Red has been harrowing! 4 breakdowns & service center visits at our cost diagnosed to battery issues requiring replacement & damage to the car at service center that was neatly covered up with black tape within 8 months of purchase doesn’t signify Quality & Trust ! But, being accused of damaging the car seat frame & ac button was the ultimate blow, that too for Rs 750 estimated cost & another visit to service center !
KHT Motors, Kundalahalli showroom & service center
are very prompt to seek sales & service center feedback but unresponsive to complaints. Even committed to get RC done in 3 months - still waiting ....

#Skechers when I purchase shoes, I do not carry shoe boxes home thinking they will be reused and will help save the environment as well as cost to company. Got to know yesterday, stores have instructions to trash boxes. Curious 🤔 why they can’t be designed for reuse ?
