It’s an even more unfortunate statement by the @StateDept when you realize the recognition of somalia’s sovereignty was a last minute decision by a disgraced Secretary of State and added to list of last minute accomplishments by Jacob Sullivan. The state department is holding onto a policy that was rushed in order to give Hillary Clinton an unearned or justified win as she stepped down to avoid the Benghazi hearings.
