You probably think that reservation in NEET UG and NEET PG ends there… completely wrong.

After that, for SR posts, assistant professor, associate professor, HOD, CMS, CMO reservation exists everywhere to get these high positions.

And when these people with -40, 4, 44 marks take reservation and reach such high posts, you can imagine what happens… and you must be seeing it around you too in government hospitals..

My junior, who is working in one of the tier-2 city government hospitals, sent this to me (can’t reveal junior’s name or the hospital’s, because the higher posts are filled with quota people ~ they’d eat his job).

A 13-year-old girl.
Type 1 Diabetes.
Diabetic Ketoacidosis.

Five days admitted in a government hospital.

Five days.

Her sugar is still 549.

Look at what this quota doctor is doing for her treatment.
These MFs couldn’t control her sugar in 4-5 days…
They’re just giving insulin shots without any protocol, shooting arrows in the dark…

DKA is not mysterious medicine. It’s protocol-based emergency care.

Fluids.
Insulin infusion.
ABG monitoring.
Electrolytes.
Potassium correction.
Anion gap tracking.

This is standard. This is taught in MBBS.

But when systems allow huge gaps at entry and never re-check competence ruthlessly before giving power and promotions, who pays?

The Girl in persistent hyperglycemia and acidosis for days risks life-threatening complications:
cerebral edema ,cardiac arrhythmias , acute kidney injury, pulmonary edema, hypokalemia-induced arrest, ongoing ketosis leading to multi-organ failure.

She doesn’t care about politics or quotas. She just wants to breathe without agony.

And let’s be brutally honest~
If this were the daughter of PM Modi,Rahul gandhi,an MLA, MP, or CJI… would her management look like random insulin shots without protocol, no fluids, no ABG, no electrolytes, no potassium checks for five full days?

This is how in PHCs, CHCs, district hospitals, government medical colleges ~ more than half the seats are reserved for category doctors in jobs too!!
Only poor people are dying, and the public has to suffer!!

Not all Category doctors are useless… I know many who come on merit and are excellent clinicians.

But these Category Doctors with minus 40,4, 44, 100, 150 marks who enter the system~what can you expect from them??

The government itself is creating and sending legal quack murderers!!!

Healthcare cannot run on political comfort.

It must run on competence, monitoring, and consequences.

Because when a child’s sugar is 549 for 5 days in DKA, this is not theory.

This is someone’s daughter fighting to breathe.

And that should make all of us uncomfortable.

A child’s sugar at 549 after five days isn’t “policy debate”.

It’s murder by mediocrity.

बिहार में जिस लड़की की हत्या हुई, उसमें पुलिस ने बहुत प्रयास किया कि रेप के एंगल को छुपाया जाए। पब्लिक के दवाब में आ कर मेडिकल जाँच होने से सारा सत्य सामने आ रहा है।

हालाँकि, इस पर बिहार से आने वाले सांसद महोदय आदि चुप हैं। बिहरा ने आपको 202 की संख्या दी। किसी पूजा के बलात्कार और हत्या को छुपाने के लिए नहीं।

ऐसे कई हॉस्टल चल रहे हैं हैं जो अवैध हैं। ऐसी घटनाओं को दबाने के लिए कौन कहाँ पैसा खा रहा है, इसकी जाँच होनी चाहिए।

पर बिहार पुलिस तो सरस्वती पूजा में मूर्ति कौन लगाएगा, इसका लाइसेंस देने में व्यस्त है।

There is a reason, why I never hyped up the Republic as many other defX accounts do.

Simple reason - this Republic was made under comprised and corrupted ideologies. No thought or vision went into it.

The spirit of the Revolutionaries, who held a real vision for the country was never taken into account and as a result, this land and its peoples were corrupted under the Republic1.0 framework.

You need to change the framework, change the system and the vision.

Second Republic of India will be raised from the ashes of Republic of India which bows down to the likes of Gandhi and Ambedkar, that bends to the feudalists and seeks clergy work as the epitome of ambition.

Second Republic of India, where seeking

- technological supremacy
- mental, physical and material wealth
- dharmic spiritual growth
will be the norm.

We need to now fight for the Republic2.0 because thats the only way the Aryavart will re-emerge.

Take a look at the latest recruitment by the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission: 71 posts,
including Assistant Director-level positions - and zero seats for General Category and EWS - Zero.

The task of capsizing the BJP’s own boat now appears to be personally overseen by Madhya Pradesh’s “high-performing” Chief Minister, Mohan Yadav.

Is this the new definition of social justice where eligibility is decided not by merit, but by Caste Certificate?

And while this blatant exclusion unfolds, BJP’s so-called Savarna supporters remain mysteriously silent. The same people who flood social media defending the party at every turn suddenly develop selective blindness when policies openly discriminate against them. Loyalty seems to matter more than dignity.

What’s even more astonishing is the buzz that the BJP’s top leadership is reportedly “impressed” with these policies so impressed that Mohan Yadav’s promotion may be on the way.

If punishing your own voter base, erasing General Category opportunities, and normalizing caste-based exclusion is a qualification for political elevation, then the message is loud and clear: blind support is expected, and bias is policy.

The real question is no longer what the BJP is doing - it’s why its supporters keep applauding while being sidelined.

I understand why everybody thinks why 10 minutes must be risking lives, because it is indeed hard to imagine the sheer complexity of the system design which enables quick deliveries.

Also, if you've ever wanted to know why millions of Indians voluntarily take up platform work and sometimes even prefer it to regular jobs, JUST ASK any rider partner when you get your next food or grocery order.

You will be humbled by how rational and honest they will be with you.

Having said that, no system is perfect, and we are all for making it better than today. However, it is far from what it is being portrayed on social media by people who don't understand how our system works and why.

If I were outside the system, I would also believe that gig workers are being exploited, but that's not true.
