@DustyAssKracka I went through this with my husband. It’s so hard to see them wither away and suffer. He did get the ultimate healing. He has been in Heaven with Jesus. I will keep you and your wife in my prayers. We prayed for you two this past Saturday in Bro. George’s Bible study group.
We can’t screen students for dyslexia and not provide training for teachers on how to help them. We need both in order to effectively help our students who are struggling with dyslexia. #dyslexia
@RorSyns I told my kids that sometimes In School Suspension is worth it. When my son defended his tennis partner who was being taunted with racial slurs, and the taunter wouldn’t stop, he did a line drive to stop it. Yes he had two days of suspension. No arguement there. Was a proud mom!
If any TEACHERS are interested in receiving several free Mini Maggie's books for their classroom, please send a message. This is a great book for any age group. Tag teachers in this post. I would love to have our books in 50 schools.
What's the hurry? Decoding words takes longer when you have dyslexia. That's why wait time is so very important. Don't rush. Be okay with silence in your classroom. Let your students think! #dyslexia
@LittleLoddleLou Amen! I’m one of Brother George’s Bible study sisters along with Teri and Dee Dee. I too am a widow. I was in my 40s and mixed up as I can be. Now 10 years later, I have my new normal & love my life. I would love to visit with you and just listen and hear about your husband.
@LittleLoddleLou I felt the same when my 52 yo husband passed away. I still keep his pictures next to me all over the house even 12 yrs later. With God’s grace, I have a new normal and I’m happy and able to laugh again. I still wear my wedding ring. I’m still married, he is just on the other side
