@SenWarren If the fraud from government were completely resolved, this might, to some degree, be worth considering.
However, funneling Elons money into fraud and waste will solve nothing. Maybe fix that first.

My unified theory of aging and disease
Claude AI did this, using papers I selected as references. See what you think.
The Master Switch: Insulin Resistance
Facchini (2001) showed insulin resistance predicts virtually ALL age-related diseases. That's the trunk of the tree. Everything else branches from it.
What drives insulin resistance?
Kohrt (1993): belly fat, not age. Waist explains >40%, age <2%.
Blagosklonny (2006): chronic mTOR activation. Overfeeding keeps mTOR on, cells grow when they should repair.
PD's iron paper: iron accumulates with age, activates mTOR, and iron + insulin resistance are co-morbid.
What does insulin resistance cause downstream?
Khan (2017): high insulin drives high PAI-1, which drives senescent cell accumulation, shorter telomeres, faster aging. The Amish with half the PAI-1 lived 10 years longer.
DePalma (2010): high ferritin + inflammation = vascular death. Iron and insulin resistance amplify each other.
Madeo (2015): when mTOR is chronically on (from insulin resistance + iron), autophagy is suppressed. Cellular garbage accumulates. Aging accelerates.
What reverses it?
Lim (2011): type 2 diabetes reversed in ONE WEEK with caloric restriction. The damage isn't permanent.
Gibala (2020): 5 minutes of hard exercise produces the same fitness gains as 50 minutes moderate, and improves insulin sensitivity through pathways that bypass insulin entirely (GLUT4).
Fisher (2011) + Wolfe (2006): muscle is a metabolic organ that acts as a glucose sink. More muscle = more insulin sensitivity. Resistance training is the most efficient way to build it.
What's been wrong all along?
Ravnskov (2016) + Siri-Tarino (2010) + Ramsden (2016): the cholesterol/saturated fat hypothesis was wrong. Higher LDL in elderly = lower mortality. Replacing saturated fat with seed oils increased death. The medical establishment spent 50 years focused on the wrong molecule while insulin resistance was the actual killer.
PD's iron paper ties the bow: Iron is the hidden variable connecting all of it. It activates mTOR (Blagosklonny), inhibits autophagy (Madeo), worsens insulin resistance (Facchini/Kohrt), increases PAI-1 and senescence (Khan), and accumulates silently with age in every man and postmenopausal woman. The life-extending compounds (curcumin, green tea, rapamycin, exercise) all either chelate iron or inhibit the pathways iron activates.
The narrative arc for PD's content:
The medical establishment told you aging is inevitable and cholesterol will kill you. They were wrong on both counts. The real driver is insulin resistance, fueled by belly fat and silent iron accumulation, suppressing your body's cleanup systems while accelerating cellular aging. The fix isn't statins or seed oils. It's resistance training, brief intense exercise, fasting, and managing your iron. Every study points to the same conclusion: aging is a lifestyle disease, not a birthday disease.

my kid is growing up. he's beginning to speak. the towers he builds out of his blocks are getting taller
i can't wait for the spring. the summer. I can't wait to open my book of birds, and show him which ones we find. i can't wait to take him through the numerous parks built by the canadians before me. i can't wait to take him out camping, beautiful lakes. i can't wait for him to see nature, brutal, unforgiving nature. a dying animal. predator. prey. sounds, all trying to mate. desperately trying to continue, trying to move. i can't wait for him to experience the quiet of dawn. to see the fog roll up from the water, into our camp, through the forest. fungus, mold, growing on trunks. moving so slow that they seem still. life distributed on every scale, size, complexity, time, intelligence. i can't wait to watch him grow, the light behind his eyes. a child, a child like me
@Rajatsoni Thanks for sharing, thought I had a winner here. Just checked my cupboard… same thing, definitely didn’t have canola oil when chose to buy them.
I'm seeing the emergence of an activist and political class that would have gladly stayed anonymous if Canada was functioning properly. After decades of politics being the domain of sweaty student government types, there's an entire generation of useful people stepping up.

Businesses are only taxed on their profit. This is proper. It's not right to be taxed on gross income.
Workers, however, are taxed on their gross income, with only a small personal exemption. This personal exemption (currently $16,129) is far less than the reasonable cost of living in Canada. This is not right; the government taxes small incomes that aren't even enough for food, shelter, and transportation.
Workers should be taxed like businesses; they should be taxed on their surplus, once costs are taken into account.
Since it's not practical for individuals to track their costs and have itemized deductions for each item of food, clothing, shelter, and transportation, the personal exemption should track the reasonable cost of living in Canada.
An exemption to income taxes of only $16,129 is an insult to working Canadians, and it is morally wrong; the government should never be taking food from a poor worker's table.
The personal exemption to income taxes should be at least double the current level, and probably closer to triple, to reflect the actual cost of living in our country.
Do this, and you are treating workers like businesses - taxing them on their surplus, their 'profit.' This would be just. This would be equitable. This would be fair.
The current level of taxation is not. The current level of taxation is wrong.
Are there any politicians who will commit to stop taxing the working class into poverty?
@Cernovich Not everyone knows how much Mike boosted my Twitter presence in the early days, and thus my opportunity to influence for positive effect. I love you, Mike Cernovich. You are a true original. May the world someday know the impact you have had.
Someone making $90K/yr in ON will take home only $67,000.
Then, pay 13% taxes on nearly everything they buy.
Then, if they own a home, $5k, $6k, or more, in taxes.
If they buy a used car, they pay tax on a car that govt already taxed the first time it sold.

When I was a kid, there were tracks for different learners with the slow learners kept on a different track than the fast learners. It was obviously a good idea but eventually rejected by the diversity/equity crowd. Now everyone is in the dummies class.
The leftist in Canada are crying foul that Jimmy Kimmel was fired.
Shut up.
You were cheering when Don Cherry was fired from Hockey Night in Canada for saying "You People."
