@Cernovich If you’re ever in western Wyoming and want to see a hidden gem, check it out. Great for fishing if into that. Rough hiking, but cool to be camped for free 5 feet from the river. Scenery gets more majestic farther you get from alpine.
Greys river road, Wyoming. 45 min drive from Jackson to Alpine, where you enter the road. 75+ miles long. Tons of spots to disperse camp along the river. 14 day camp limit. Good hiking, and many connecting forest roads to explore. Whole main road can be done in a car. Connecting forest road offshoots mostly require ground clearance and 4WD required in certain spots. A Subaru or camper van could likely handle all of it though.

Must be missing it cus I’ve been too busy doing weighted vest sprints and hiking. But nothing new of course haha. Like you said earlier immigrants used to come and be grateful. Now? Only rhodesians are at least as far as I can tell. Was seeing a wholesome SA guy that came over and started a farm with cows. Any of the invaders we are “racist” towards doing that?
Mexican cartels are setting Vietnam-era booby traps inside US national parks. The tips are coated in a nerve agent so deadly the cartels themselves call it "El Diablo."
Retired game warden John Nores explains what his team found:
Oh okay gotchya so stop taking the natto I have once I’m taking 4 caps of pure blood. I thought I had read something from Cerno (could have been years ago) where he said something along the lines of possibly taking daily multivitamins could be detrimental in some aspect but I could just be mistaken. I’ve been taking them daily for years
@Cernovich@MarcLobliner here’s my current stack. I’ll preface by saying not medical advice you aren’t a doctor etc etc haha. Almost all of these motivated from reading you and then 20 mins of grok research on each thing before buying. 30 years old. In relatively good shape (95-100bpm during 3.2-3.4mph walking pace over 4-5 miles), diet immaculate (now lol) 10-15k steps per day but looking to lose another 15-20 lbs of fat to get down towards 10-15% body fat then start bulking up gaining more muscle. Heart attack history for basically all the men in family. Curious if I’m doing too many or if there’s things you’d recommend I should add (ubiquinol for example). Will be getting birds of prey once done with this creatine. Know you’ve talked about daily multivitamins may not be great potentially. Currently 6,000 fu natto per day, maybe should do more? Melatonin and glycinate to help me sleep. Appreciate any feedback and the wide range of topics you cover
@MarcLobliner@Cernovich Awesome thank you. Just ordered pure blood. Take 4 caps of that per day or are you saying 4 caps of natto so it’s 8,000fu? Nothing I should take out of stack or stop taking daily Thorne multivitamins or cycle on/off doing it daily?
Also always shake my head seeing ppl doing these hikes in the heat with just a single 20ounce water bottle on 5+ mile hikes with 1,000 feet of elevation gain. IMO no excuse to not have an understanding of the most basic survival rules doing this stuff anymore. A 5 second grok search will tell you anything you should know
@Cernovich Always funny watching ppl rip in beginning of hikes going 1-2 mph faster than they should, get exhausted, then tripping over 1 inch roots for the entire way back and having a meltdown
@Cernovich And for outdoor showering while camping with a background of mountains while watching the sun set so you don’t need to sleep in the sweat and dirt from a day of adventures there’s some great options at varying price points. The collapsing solar showers work surprisingly well
