If you haven't noticed, even if a paper has a link to a repo, I won't share it in a paper tweet if there actually isn't any code in it.
Too many times researchers create placeholder repos with unfulfilled promises of releasing code.
This needs to stop!

@rjordan478@nittsallgood @2005dawg @RossDellenger@ByPatForde Disagree but I understand your premise. The season matters more because there's a chance for every team to make the playoff, which didn't exist beforehand. That, and teams being able to schedule tougher OOC games because losing isn't the end of the world is a good thing.
@brunodagnino This is how it's done. The community can't be a closed system and grow or innovate at a rate that really pushes boundaries as we would like it to. Thank you for your efforts, truly.
@iatemuggles They met at a softball game my dad was playing in. They were both engaged to other people at the time and my dad just so happened to play on the same team as my mom's brother.
@11tegen11 I am interested as well. I’ve done quite a bit of work on logo tracking and detection through video, so this would be a good connection imo.
@OffsideModeling@samo102us@GalaxyPodcast @tuckers_brother Of course. "If, in the opinion of the referee" just makes the laws of the game entirely subjective. As much as I say I want to have more hard-fast rules, the more that leads to edge cases and exploitation frankly. idk if there is a perfect answer.
@OffsideModeling@samo102us@GalaxyPodcast @tuckers_brother Yeah the real problem is that there is no standardization for what exactly "interfering" is in the context of offside.
@APyramid_Blog I know of one as well. Fees are a big deterrent at the moment for many clubs. Add in travel cost and the first season cost can be extremely high, especially in places like Texas.
Thank you for the unconditional support you’ve shown this team no matter the obstacle this season.
You are a reason why we’re fighting on Decision Day.
We need you here, louder than you have ever been.
We’re fighting for you & we will leave it all on the field on Sunday.
