Snowman Race

The Ultimate Race for Climate Action

[UNICEF Bhutan @UNICEFBhutan]

Dear world leaders,

UNICEF and the @snowmanrace call on YOU to protect children, prepare them to live in a climate-changed world, & prioritise them in all climate budgets.

The climate crisis is a child rights crisis.

#ClimateAction #ForEveryChild #worldforlife

[UNICEF Bhutan @UNICEFBhutan]

The youngest have a right to live in a safe, sustainable & water-secure planet.

The climate crisis is putting their health, education, & services they rely on at risk.

World leaders must urgently reduce emissions and protect their future.

#ClimateAction
#worldforlife

[UNICEF Bhutan @UNICEFBhutan]

Millions of children are exposed to severe water scarcity, caused by the escalating climate crisis.

At #COP27, world leaders must commit to protect the services children and young people rely on and prioritize them in all climate investments.

#ForEveryChild
#snowmanrace

[UNICEF Bhutan @UNICEFBhutan]

Extreme weather events
Water and food insecurity

Around the world, children are paying the highest price.

To protect their present, and future, countries must reduce emissions NOW.

#COP27 #ClimateAction #ForEveryChild #snowmanrace #worldforlife

[Snowman Race @snowmanrace]

@snowmanrace A kind reminder for world leaders at #COP27   :

This cannot be a conference of promises.
This must be a conference of commitments.

Our children need climate justice, now.
