@NathanBurgoine Hey Nathan, so sorry about this, we did dispatch this to the operator but obviously, he did not make it back to your property. I will have someone come by today to see what we can do about rectifying this.
The City is out clearing side streets and are moving very quickly through the area. We anticipate they will be fully wrapped up plowing the streets around the late afternoon/early evening.
Thank you so much and have a great rest of your day!

The shovel crews are working through their lists as fast as possible to ensure you have a clear walkway! We are about 80% done with the walkway shoveling. #JRSnow2022
If you had a car in your laneway during the first visit, make sure to move it to the street or the other side of your driveway (if you have this option) and we will be able to completely clear your driveway! #JRSnow2022
Our operators are wrapping up their first passes with the majority of them done already. Most operators are beginning to start their second pass and are following closely behind the City plows. #JRSnow2022
Our tractors are wrapping up their runs and starting to head in for the day. We should be off the road by 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm this afternoon. #JRSnow2022
I want to give a big thank you to all of our clients this week. With your patience and kind words, it made the long week much more enjoyable! As well, to the operators and shovel crews who worked extremely hard to clear your snow, great job! #JRSnow2022
If you have your car out on the road bring it back into your laneway around 11:00 am. Once the City clears your road, as long as there is no parking ban and the plow piles are not excessive, return your car to the street so we can be sure to clear your full laneway #JRSnow2022
We have received word that the City plans to send out the plows beginning at 11:00 am to start clearing side streets. However, we have not seen anything about a parking ban #JRSnow2022
The storm still looks to be subsiding by 5:00 pm. Shoveling crews will be dispatched at 5:00 pm this evening. They will work hard to clear everyone's walkway #JRSnow2022
Tractor operators are currently out on the road with the last few operators leaving as I write this. We will be out the majority of the day and into the evening making sure everyone is clear from this storm #JRSnow2022
There is still a parking ban until 7:00 pm tonight so do not leave your cars on the road. City plows are still clearing the last of the side streets and we are following behind them with two or more tractors! #JRSnow2022
10 cm will be falling Wednesday morning which will have our operators back on the road. After this next snowfall, we will have the opportunity to bring your laneway back to 100%. Whether this will be tomorrow or Thursday morning will depend on parking bans and city plow activity
If you still have a plow pile, or your street has not been plowed by the city yet, we do still have plenty of operators out taking care of the remaining plow piles and waiting for the city to wrap up for the day. #JRSnow2022
The majority of our operators are starting to wrap up and head home for the day. With another 10 cm in the forecast for tomorrow, we want to make sure they are rested after working such a long shift between Monday and today. #JRsnow2022
We will have full staff running until 7:00 pm, at which point we will likely send half our operators home for a short rest. Throughout the night operators will be focusing on tidying up laneways and taking care of all the plow piles left by the city. #JRSnow2022
Operators have been able to run through our lists once fully and are about 50% done with their second passes. Anyone who was cleared before 10:00 am will likely still have a substantial amount of snow in their laneway. We will be back to clear that additional snow.

There is a city parking ban from 7:00 pm tonight until 7:00 am Tuesday morning. What this means to us is that city plows are focusing on main roads and bus routes for today. The City will have to continuously clear those roads before tackling any side streets. #JRsnow2022
