Nothing

@StubHub @TeamStubHub Of the sale netting me 0. So stub hub not only pocketed all of my money, but I not have no tickets

@StubHub is the most crooked company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I listed 4 tickets for sale on their site. After two sold, on my end the listing showed as in active. As I didn’t see it on my dashboard, I create a listing for the remaining two tickets

@StubHub @TeamStubHub To be clear, I’ve talked to your customer service agents on six occasions twice to let them know of the error in posting the tickets. They told me that there was no system error despite me having photo proof and told me to cancel the sale I did and I got penalized to cover 100%

@StubHub @TeamStubHub At this point I feel unsafe doing this privately. I was told several things by your support staff including that I would only be charged a 15% service fee for the lost profits. This morning I was told nothing can be done

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]

@StubHub @TeamStubHub I’ve done that and called your support several times. No one had helped me other than tell me we are taking 100% of what you sold the ticket for and you can’t do anything about it.

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]

@StubHub @StubHub does not reimburse the seller and only take the typical fee but instead makes money off the whole sale. I will never buy and sell tickets with them again. They are disgusting and their customer service is shit. Take your business elsewhere

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]

@StubHub Encouraged to cancel it. When I received a notification stating I will be charged 1700 for the dropped sale, I called customer service who said that I will lose at most the commission which is 15%. Today I lost the whole transaction 1700, stub hub pockets the full transaction

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]

@ErasTourResell She’s graduating high school this year and I’d love for it to come full circle for her even if I can’t go.

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]

@ErasTourResell I’d love the single ticket not for me but for my niece. I took her to her first concert 1989 when she was little and she made me an instant swiftie. Over the years we’ve bonded of Taylor swift and I wanted to go together in Philly but I failed miserably!

@ErasTourResell @chapma18 Messaged. I’m trying like mad to take my niece who just turned 18 to the show. I’ve tried the drops, I’ve tried to buy off twitter, I’ve tried to buy last min. Im so disappointed and feel like I failed her

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]

@erastourticks This happened to me in Philly. I told him no and walked away and now I’m so happy I did!

[Dre ISO philly tickets 5/12 5/13 5/14 @snowprincess712]
