@sondering__@selentelechia I think you could simply put some very heavy objects on the bottom shelf like a heavy bronze sculpture or an antique crock filled with stones and it would become exceedingly difficult to tip over by climbing children.
@HouseOfLeavesMD@milkandmarrow If you're not aware that your schizophrenia has moved out of the prodromal stage, then you really should consult with a professional very soon. I mean this without irony.
@BjorkBrodern I've spent over 1,000 nights in a tent or under the stars.
Americans come in an incredible variety of types. There's something to the pug meme, but also the inverse is true, some have become radically more rugged, new world dire wolves.
I was having this issue last couple months too. Going too hard with work, caring too much about stupid stuff. Bad sleep making me a neurotic jerk. What ended up helping was taking a couple of ibuprofen before bed. Like just a couple nights. Maybe brain was inflamed idk.
Worth trying maybe. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Wow, yes, that's a blessing. Women with blood type O have always been the most attacked ime. Men with A the least.
There is at least one documented gene related to smaller bite reaction though (I'm blessed with it), and at least from personal experience I've noticed that if I go to a new region (presumably with a different mosquito variety) at first I'll get bite reactions for a week or so, then the body decides it's fine and basically no reaction to the bites at all.
@Hispeedlowdrug I should start making these out of 3.5mm recoil pull-start cord. Easily number one usage for cordage I have carried in the deep field. (P-cord makes a lousy pull rope).
This reveals something about the quality of people generally, with respect to how they operate online.
The people I value most here are those who've disagreed with me at some point, yet remained civil about it. Or even those who haven't been so civil but don't slam the door.
like literally just saying "banger fr bro" or calling me stupid and
arguing with me are both significantly stronger signals of humanity. positive yes-anding/real replyguy game reads completely fucking fake
@benmagelsen Nothing very glamorous. It's essentially going to be a very beefy paver for a wet area on a mt biking trail that is currently a miserably muddy red clay pit.
@Brumairian If you can keep your hands moving it circumvents the rumination that makes loneliness fester. Carve some spoons, or gnomes or whatever.
Sounds dismissive but it's surprisingly effective.
