🏴 Let’s build a future made in Scotland, for Scotland, by all people who live in Scotland.
📺 That future is in your hands. Vote for it tomorrow. #VoteSNP
🧵 I want to take people through my 5 year campaign on democratic oversight of UK special forces, and trying to get the truth from ministers and institutions more interested in covering their backs than public transparency.

Time for an independent review of the department’s health and safety systems failures, with root & branch reform placing all MoD personnel at the heart of its agenda.

I cannot attend events like the D-Day commemoration without thinking of my Uncle - Tom Hunter - killed at Lake Comacchio on 3 April 1945, aged 21, and posthumously awarded the Victoria Cross. My beloved Mother felt his loss every day of her life. (3/3)

“There can’t be a real plan because it wasn’t in his budget. If there was, the Office for Budget Responsibility would have got across it and said it’s ‘pie in the sky’.

Ben highlights the illusion spun for the Tory backbenchers… yet Westminster ignores the catastrophe of recruitment & retention. Money alone won’t solve that no matter who sits in Downing Street. Smoke & mirrors with Nuclear deterrent at its heart cannibalising conventional spend
What’s happening in Westminster?
Well, two of the most privileged groups in society are deciding the fate of some of the most vulnerable people in the world.
The SNP will continue to vote tonight, at every turn, against the grubby and dangerous Rwanda Bill.
