So incorrect. A birth certificate and a drivers license proves you are a citizen. You don’t need a passport to prove you’re a citizen. All a passport does is allow you to travel as a citizen of that country. Simplifies the process of ensuring you are indeed a citizen. But it is not the only form of proof of citizenship. Like 80% of the Americans I work with do not have a passport and they are all born and raised Americans. Typically Americans travel and vacation inside of America. So most of them never get a passport.

Then you’re shitty at your job. I worked in oil and gas in Poltava Ukraine and some of my best friends worked in oil and gas in Crimea Ukraine (where most of the gas in Ukraine is). While I didn’t work in the Black Sea myself, the Black Sea definitely also has extensive oil and gas reserves. You muppet.
