Rust - We're making steady, but good progress on recent performance degradation. We've identified several areas of recent issues.

Most significant was VRAM has ballooned causing spill, even for high end hardware users. Having a significant impact on FPS, we've made strong progress at reducing VRAM to a sane amount.

Other areas has seen small improves, but many small changes often make a notable improvement.
