Apparently house arrest was ruled by High Court that it's not provisioned within Malaysian law.

So the way this works is - Home Minister needs to declare Najib's house as a "prison". This was suggested by the below.

Then legally Najib transferring from prison to "prison".

But if that's the case, does that mean that the upkeep of this new "prison" lie with taxpayer now?
