You’d think that conducting an online assessment for the exam would make it easier for overseas candidates to sit for the upcoming exam. All to be told that they need to return to UK to sit the exam due to time diff. Pls get your act together @TheGPhC@the_pda#pharmacy#prereg
Immediate and longer term action required with relation to the issues with @TheGPhC online exams yesterday. Our Statement: https://t.co/omkH5exQMY #PDAtrainee#PDAprereg If you were impacted please contact us and other sources of support such as @PharmaSupport
@TheGPhC GPHC you have failed these students. No student should have to wait seven hours after the designated time to sit their exam. I expect you will provide the maximum concessions available to each student as they have committed a year of time and effort into this exam (1/2)
My favourite bit of the c-section is the bit where the spirit of feminism enters the body of the operating surgeon and they start saying "LOOK AT ALL OF THESE WOMEN (ignore james the anaesthetist he doesn't count)! THIS PROCEDURE WAS DONE BY WOMEN, FOR WOMEN! WE CAN DO ANYTHING!"
@MichaelHaringey @sbattrawden@LouiseRawAuthor My wife was putting out pens and papers in a meeting room
Chap came in and said “I’ll have a black coffee -no sugar”
He was clearly irritated when she said “the machine’s there- get your own”
Then she said: “gentlemen: I’m going to start this meeting now” & chaired it....
Last weekend before the examfor many #provregs and #resitters. It's tempting to spend every minute revising. If you are not at work, get out for some fresh air, speak to friends or family, do something you enjoy for some of the weekend. Take some time away from your books.
"We are disappointed that the GPhC are continuing to count the March sittings as one of the three attempts. This unnecessarily adds to the pressure on those sitting an exam arrangement in which few, if any, have complete confidence.” https://t.co/L7grrMABd9
Pharmacists can I please encourage you to think about your female colleagues. How far is the car park? How many people are locking up late at night? Do female colleagues feel safe refusing the supply of a medication? Please consider these and other issues. Talk to each other.

Many #Provregs have been on the pandemic front line in pharmacies. We also want to remind the sector that many resitters have too (in non-pharmacist roles). And since last Summer, the too often "forgotten" cohort of the 20-21 #prereg have also been there. We’re proud of them all.
@SureenaSpeaks Don’t leave all of the resource questions to the end some of them are really quick to find answers in especially the SPC ones where you should know the contents order by heart which will help with the speed
@SureenaSpeaks If you’re stuck between 2 answers trust your gut instinct, more often or not it’ll be right if you’ve covered it during your revision! Best advice i was given 👌🏽
@SureenaSpeaks So true @SureenaSpeaks plus breathe, stay calm, and for part 2 go with your gut instinct if you think it’s correct!! And remember you’ve got this, you can do it! 💊😷💊🙏👍
@SureenaSpeaks If you don’t know the answer to one question leave it to the end, better to answer all the q you can then come rather than waste time on one q
❓❓Who's got any last minute advice or words of encouragement for students sitting the exam next week?
I'll start - Read. The. Question. Carefully. - it's said over and over again, but it can make all the difference!
