@IKEAsaudiarabia @IKEAtoday I have had multiple bad experiences in Riyadh’s IKEA and today has been the worst 1st you have to wait outside before even going in for almost 30 min some times even more than that I understand they have to take COVID19 precautions and I respect that.

Even ordering online from them is a disaster how can they forget to send our stuff, a month later they send it to us and the delivery guy just put all the boxes of furniture on the ground in front of our house!

@stccare_ksa I tweeting here because my Internet has been off for a week now I tried to call the customer service and they would tell me to wait three days I waited three days and nothing happened they told me this is a general problem and they don’t know when it will be fixed.

If that is the case you should at least provide your customers with an alternative until it is fixed. I hope my complaint is recognized and will not be ignored. Thank you

If this is how STC works than I am very disappointed, I heard they were the best out there. I have never experienced me paying for an internet service and not receiving the internet service due to an issue that they don’t know when will be fix.

Quit overthinking & being anxious always. Trust the Almighty to be your Guide. There’s nothing like finding peace & rest from all your troubles in Him. Your problems may still be present, but when you learn to trust Him, peace will reign in your heart. Seek comfort in Him alone.
