meryl belting out 'the winner takes it all' to pierce brosnan, on a greek clifftop at sunset in mamma mia, with a scarf that seems to be a paid actor. gets me every single time.
An irl friend just revealed they stopped listening to bts "because they started to do english songs and I like the old songs more. " Y'all had to see the look on their face when I said "they did three... three English songs. " The silence was so loud lol
Respectfully, you don’t start giving swimming lessons to a drowning man, sir. You save him first.
Why didn’t the LGUs stop them from building there in the first place? Common folk don’t know where they can or can’t build. I mean-look at Slater Young.
Stop giving sh*tty feedback.
We’ve all been there.
You’re sitting across from your manager, palms sweaty, heart racing, as they launch into a critique of your performance.
By the end, you’re depressed, confused, and ready to update your damn resume!
Here’s the thing:
Feedback should empower, not deflate.
Yet most managers stumble through the feedback process.
They turn what should be a coachable moment into a negative situation that leaves everyone feeling worse off.
Look the person in the face, and give the feedback directly.
I don't think you guys understand how much money this is. NONE OF US should be drowning in floods. NONE OF US should be starving. NONE OF US should be struggling within poorly planned cities.
Do you understand? Pera NIYO to.
