Come on, he’s never far off base. Not with her, at the very least. He gives a faux shocked face at her litte hair flip before snickering to himself.
“Before I know it you’re gonna be pushing some expensive hair products on me, huh?”
⠀⠀She rolled her eyes at his translation of her words, but offered no argument. He wasn’t too far off base with that.
⠀⠀“No amount of brushing will get you to my level,” she said with a dramatic flip of her hair. “But I might be willing to give you a pointer or two.”
He lets out a laugh, his face scrunching as his hand runs through his hair.
“Think that’s Carol speak for ‘You’re looking mighty handsome, Hal’.” Spoken through a grin on his lips. He missed that teasing of hers.
“Can’t all be Ms. Perfect Hair over here.”

“How’ve you been? You look good.”
⠀⠀A slight smirk had tugged on her lips. Just how lost in thought had he been for her to be able to sneak up on him? Especially when she hadn’t even been trying.
⠀⠀She snorted slightly at the question. Hal Jordan, want to be flying? Of course it was obvious. Had he met —
She startles him slightly, glancing over to her. He lets out a little chuckle. “That obvious?” He lets his eyes drift back to the sky, like hers.
“Just no feeling like it. You know it.”
