@BelfastHourNI This appears to be coordinated deliberate act to disrupt. Unfortunately these may have been purposely built to prevent tracking and longevity of flight.

Complete sympathy with the travellers affected atm. Hopefully it'll be stopped shortly and those behind it fully prosecuted.

@garethharron It's likely human intervention would be needed for changing batteries or recharging. Given it appears deliberate, it's likely coordinated to ensure the drones are moved swiftly and difficult to trace, especially if they have been purposely built to prevent tracking when in use.

@garethharron Hi Gareth, if these are apparently industrial sized drones they may have flight capabilities for around 30-60 mins. Being a deliberate act, there may also be several drones and multiple batteries being used.

For control they may be several kms away using pre programmed routes.
