Being overcautious about taking up loans has enclosed many within circles of poverty.
However, a saving culture is powerful. Indeed, he who doesn't save should not be loaned. Only a rational balance of the two leads to true wealth, at no charge.

Universities must always think of industrial landscape, placing the student at the center of learning. Industry neither gives "notes" nor asks workers to cram in order to pass "exams." It seeks free-spirited, creative thinkers as innovators and solvers of industrial problems.
I think It Is time that people stopped trying to defend moderate drinking.
