Merry Christmas to me! Done with Invisalign. Ortho ground off the teeth attachments (cutely called buttons) this morning and scanned for retainers. I’d do it again to fix up my teeth but glad to be done.

@thedyingcity It's super slimy, but it's how the market is here right now. Super sucks, and made it difficult for us because I didn't want to do that.

@thedyingcity Because people are putting offers in without a showing. If you have the ability to put a due diligence clause into your offer, allowing you to back out for any reason you can make an offer, then see the property after it's accepted, and then either move forward, or back out.
