REALLY hate it when people throw that "humans are social creatures" BS at me as some kind of nudge to find friends/a partner.

For centuries, female solitude was seen as unnatural and dangerous. It’s no coincidence that wicked witches in folklore are usually depicted as older, childless women living on their own in the woods, far from civilised society.
Please normalize letting people eat their lunch alone if they want and decompressing for 30 min without the pressure of being considered antisocial in the workplace.
