Journaling trades is important, but so is your emotions at the time of the trade - I need a bigger data slice but can see early that when I’m confident I get a better result - this will help me stay out of trades I don’t feel confident on in the future!

+$239.85 on MES this morning. Kept it simple with the 15m ORB. Caught a nice push on the news candle to hit TP while everyone else was stuck in the chop. Discipline pays. 📉

One for the diary - tilted after ‘winning’ yes winning the London IB trade! I trade on different accounts but accidentally traded my IB accounts losing a trade and went fully into tilt and blew 5 fundeds!

Reversal IB trade on GU not my norm but the 5ers account hasn’t been touched in a minute and NQ range was too big

@VClouette MES loves to burn me so I’ve it on timeout! Took the trade on MNQ but pulled early once MES took the high.

One of those days where IB does the opposite - closed out early after ES broke the high first. Sometimes just take the money and move on!
