Why did @LCPSOfficial lawyers approve the filing of a brief in federal court that falsely stated it is well-settled law that Title IX covers gender identity?

Certainly its lawyers knew that there was a pending case before SCOTUS on that exact issue (WV v. BPJ).

Scott Smith Takes Loudoun County Controversy to DOJ Roundtable

Five years after the controversy that thrust Loudoun County into the national spotlight, parent Scott Smith brought his story directly to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Speaking before a panel that included former Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, Congressman Jim Jordan, Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche, Education Secretary Linda McMahon, and FBI Director Kash Patel, Smith argued that parents who challenged school officials were unfairly targeted while those responsible faced little accountability.

Smith revisited the events surrounding his daughter's sexual assault at Stone Bridge High School, his arrest at a 2021 school board meeting, and his concerns about federal involvement in school board disputes.

"I hope there will be accountability," Smith told the panel.

I was in Washington as Smith shared his story and called for answers years after the Loudoun County case became a national flashpoint in the debate over parents' rights and school transparency.

🚨🚨🚨LCPS Freedom High School male sex mimic student charged for filming other boys while they were using the bathroom for THREE YEARS!

NOW the LCSO needs to arrest ALL LCPS staff that were involved failing to report this student to the LCSO. This should at the very least include the former Freedom HS Principal Neelum Chaudhry (she was there the first two years that the filming took place), yhe current Principal Tania Brown, and Superintendent Aaron Spence.

🎻In typical fashion, LCPS tries to downplay a serious story that exposes them for favoring another DEI student over the privacy of many others.

LCPS claims he didn't use the girls bathroom so 8040 doesn't come into play. As I stated in my speech, DEI is still in LCPS. Clearly, this perverted mentally ill student fits under DEI in their eyes, so rules don't apply to him.

I would like to know who at LCPS prevented this student from being reported to the police and from being expelled? Any staff that was complicit MUST BE FIRED and PROSECUTED!

This is gonna be very bad for @LCPSOfficial. I would expect the Superintendent to be grilled about this by @EdWorkforceCmte on June 10.

“Minock’s sources add this student has been using a phone to record naked boys underneath bathroom stalls for three years, more than 40 victims are involved, and school administrators have known about the situation for much longer than the school is letting on.”

“I read it's been going on for three years,” said Kristina. “I did not know until just now that the school knew about it. If that's the case, that's really bad. That's the school protecting the wrong party in this case.”

📢LCPS lies every single day!

Superintendent Spence claims "LCPS holds the rights of all students, and work each day to provide safe, welcoming, schools for every member of our community."

Under One LCPS Core Values it states "Every student should have the support to feel safe, happy, and cared for in school."

Policy 8040 states "All students should be treated with dignity and respected."

As long as DEI and 8040 are in place there are students that don't feel safe, welcomed, or treated with dignity and respect.

School bathrooms and locker rooms have signs that read "Girls" or "Boys" but in reality under 8040 they are open to anyone!

Girls and boys every single day are afraid to enter these spaces and have their privacy compromised and LCPS refuses to change their harmful policies.

Parents & students complained about their elementary school teacher Antonio Ford aka "PERVTEACH" on Snapchat and they were IGNORED!!!

After his arrest and given NO BAIL, LCPS didn't fire him! They suspended him without pay. In fact, his name was kept on his school's website for 7 months and it was only finally removed after repeated pressure to remove it.

Police found more than 70 sexual images of boys as young as 4 years old on his electronics after discovering that he solicited what he thought was a 14-year-old boy on Snapchat and also sent a picture of his genitals!!!

After watching the newly released video in slow-motion, it looks (to me) like the K9 officer & the woman who poked her head out of the closet may have been involved.

HERE’S WHAT STANDS OUT:

•Secret Service Agent got a message on earpiece right before shooter appeared.

•Shooter walked straight to the closet like he knew exactly where he was going — as if he already knew it was safe.

•The police dog gave a strong, unmistakable alert, but the K9 handler pulled him back & redirected him.

•The K9 officer stopped & had a brief exchange with someone inside the closet, then walked away — right before the shooter ran out.

•Once the shooter exited, the K9 officer quickly unloaded his dog, then deliberately walked past the doorway & made direct eye contact with someone still inside the closet.

•The woman who was in the closet with the shooter (while he removed his trench coat and prepped his weapon) later appeared in the doorway.

These details are hard to ignore…..seems extremely coordinated!!?

My hope is that Trump’s team intercepted credible intelligence about a #DeepState plot at the #WHCD. And instead of shutting it down immediately, the “good guys” layered in multiple levels of security & strategically allowed the plan to play out just enough to spring a trap — one that would catch not only the shooter, but the entire network of assets & bad actors behind him.

It would be naive to believe there aren’t still #DeepState plants embedded inside the #SecretService, #FBI & #CIA. Maybe the only way to truly root them out was to let this assassination attempt unfold under FULL PATRIOT CONTROL — a sting operation designed to expose the sleepers, unmask the #PuppetMasters & deliver JUSTICE through LEGAL & CONSTITUTIONAL means.
