And you are correct. I was a dumby after being propagandised into post-modern marxist lenses about anything to do with reality, truth, beauty. I believed in nothing when I graduated from university. There was no truth, there was no right and wrong. Only a spectrum of racist, bigoted hierarchies in which the west and patriarchy was the villain. I was nothing more than an activist who HATED so-called power systems. I did a minor in world music, was taught nothing about music, but everything about how music is racist and Eurocentric, logocentric, phallogocentric and whatever other retarded terms they forced me to think made sense. Of course it disgusts me now! But at 17, I fully trusted the university was the place to expand my thinking, not completely destroy it. Shame on all of that.

I was 17 when I went to uni. Of course I was easily manipulated! That is why the universities stuffing the heads of young, easily manipulatable people is so perverted. A higher learning institution SHOULD teach you how to think, not what to think, and a graduate SHOULD become a thinker, instead of a stupid activist. Anyone coming out of those institutions are activists, not thinkers, not teacher, not journalists. ACTIVISTS. It’s diabolical.

Can I ask why you think it could plunge that low? We have a supply/demand issue, as well as a very embedded cultural obsession with housing. I feel like drops of 15% there will be loads of buyers thinking they’re getting a bargain even with higher interest rates. Also as rents rise, not fall, it’s even more incentive for buyers after a “mild” 15 % drop.

I personally want to know why universities were allowed to propagandise several generations of students into extreme marxist ideology without any push back. I was a victim of this. Went in to study literature, came out hating the west and “the patriarchy”. Did a minor in world music, and similarly learned not music, but why the west is racist. It all starts at education. WHY was/is nothing being done about this? Start by banning marxist propaganda in every sector of education.
