@IrishRail What about a vending machine with water ? Also might make sense to pre warn passengers that there is not water available onboard. Most will assume there is at least water.

@IrishRail Dublin to cork today at 2pm had no food or water. 2 hours 40 mins and no water. Had to ask random passengers for water for my kids. First world prices and 3rd world service. Pathetic!
