A "protest" doesn't involve committing crimes (e.g. vandalism, theft, battery, etc.), and is protected by the Constitution. If you're throwing things and breaking stuff, you're rioting, not protesting. We need to stop conflating "protest" and "riot", they are not the same.
The number of people who seem incapable of managing their mute status on large conference calls is too high. This is a basic business skill in 2021. If I have one more call where someone can't get their line un-muted, I may legitimately flip.
