No product is worth someone's health. Products don't matter, people do. Hustle culture treats people as expendable resources by design. I cannot despise that more.

Hustling is used as an excuse for proper management most of the time. It's a cheap road that only ends in eventual failure, no matter the intermediate success.

Invest in people. The best companies I know do that. You can do that too.

@kepano Recommend using Obsidian w/ the Remotely Save plugin + an AWS S3 bucket, in the same philosophy. You then have a local copy, but also store it in the cloud + full access and control over the files.
