@redBus_in The issue was addressed and assurance was given that it would be taken up with the authorities and appropriate action would be taken. The support also offered me a"20% refund",to which I didn't argue, vowing that I would still not use or recommend others to avoid this experience.

The on-call and online complaint system of @redBus_in is also unresponsive. No callbacks or replies.
Please do not travel by Red Bus without personally ensuring seat availability and position. They clearly do not care about their own responsibility or about the service.

The on-call support did not answer any calls after the first complaint and later they very irresponsibly said that the CB mentioned in seat number stands for Cabin. Why can't one assume CB to be the Chair on B row, which is more likely from the booking panel image?
