@onemedical We’ve hit a dead end with @onemedical. What we are being told via video is not matching what’s happening around us. We’ve called clinics and confirmed that they will test with a request from your primary care doctor. We are now looking for a new primary care doctor. 4/5

@onemedical Since tests were limited we stopped trying. Now that his symptoms persist + people we know are being tested immediately by their primary care doctors with fewer symptoms, we called asking again. @onemedical still won’t request a test.

@onemedical My fiancé has been sick since Sunday and you said it was the flu. He had to go to the ER because you wouldn’t get him an appointment to be tested. He was tested for the flu + other viral infections but not COVID because we need our primary care doctor to request the test.
