We found evidence of reduced FA at the global level, especially the cingulum, a region involved in emotion regulation. Postpartum depressive symptoms were also linked with reductions in FA. (3/3)

We performed diffusion-weighted imaging at prenatal and postpartum to identify differences in white matter as indexed by fractional anisotropy (FA) in a sample of first-time fathers. (2/3)
