Poängen var dock mer generell: Standardsystem i all ära, men ibland måste anpassningar till den faktiska verkligheten göras både vad gäller emballage från avsändaren och hur avvikelser hanteras o meddelas mottagaren. Att paketet ej går ner i brevlådan är på intet sätt unikt.

Som logistikforskare upphör jag aldrig att förvånas. Två läppstiftsstora saker packade i ett paket och skickade som brev. Paketet gick ej ner i brevlådan => en avvikelse i systemet. 1v senare är ’brevet’ fortfarande på vift. Hoppas det har roligare än jag 😉 @PostNordSverige

Tack till PostNord kundtjänst som försökte hjälpa till det hade dock blivit fel både i fösta o andra försöket att leverera så nu gick det inte att rätta till.
